A Beautiful Abbey Road Farm Wedding in Oregon Wine Country | Ariana & Kyle

An Abbey Road Farm Wedding is a beautiful way to experience the best of Oregon Wine Country, and Ariana and Kyle’s August celebration was no exception. With a mild, sunny Oregon day, a gorgeous farm setting, and friends and family who traveled from Alaska and across the country to celebrate with them, their wedding day felt like the perfect destination gathering.

Getting Ready at Abbey Road Farm

The day began with the excitement of getting ready surrounded by the people closest to Ariana and Kyle. There were plenty of meaningful details to photograph, including Ariana’s beautiful gown from Bateau Bridal in Alaska and her family’s heirloom veil.

I especially loved knowing the story behind the veil. It has been passed down to each bride in Ariana’s family, making it much more than a beautiful accessory. It was a little piece of family history woven into the beginning of her own wedding story.

As the day unfolded, the excitement in the getting-ready space grew. Her mom and grandma helped her into her dress, hair and makeup came together from Luxe Artistry, and eventually Ariana was ready to see herself as a bride for the first time.

Meanwhile, Kyle and his groomsmen were getting ready nearby in the “Tool Shed”, a really cool building at Abbey Road Farm. There was a relaxed energy among the guys as they finished their preparations and gathered together for photos before the ceremony.

Family, Friends & Heartfelt Moments

Before the ceremony, Ariana shared a special family moment with her dad and brothers for their own “first look” as they saw her in her complete wedding look for the first time. It was such a heartfelt moment to capture and a beautiful way to include her family in the excitement of the morning.

We then made time for separate portraits with the wedding party and family. Since Ariana and Kyle chose not to see each other before the ceremony, we kept them separate for these photos, giving each of them time with their closest friends and family while preserving the anticipation of seeing one another at the altar.

An Outdoor Oregon Wine Country Ceremony

Guests gathered outdoors as Ariana and Kyle exchanged their vows beneath a beautiful floral arbor designed by Stacy with Flowers and Stuff, with Robert Griffin officiating.

The sunny August afternoon couldn’t have been better for an Oregon outdoor wedding. The ceremony setting looked out across the surrounding vineyard landscape, with rows of chairs filled with the people who had traveled from near and far to witness this moment.

Portraits in Oregon Wine Country

After the ceremony, the newlyweds took some time for portraits together, along with their full wedding party. With the rolling landscape, surrounding trees, and vineyard views, Abbey Road Farm provided plenty of natural beauty without needing much embellishment.

The grounds at Abbey Road Farm always give us a wonderful variety of backdrops, from the rustic wood of the arena to the surrounding fields and vineyard landscape. The combination of Oregon’s wide-open scenery and the farm’s warm, relaxed character made it easy to create portraits that felt natural, timeless, and connected to the setting.

Dinner, Dancing & Celebration

As the afternoon turned into evening, everyone moved into the arena ballroom for dinner and the reception. The space was beautifully decorated with florals by Stacy of Flowers & Stuff, and guests gathered beneath the warm wood beams.

Reedville Catering provided dinner, followed by a beautiful cake from Dream Cakes. Once the formalities were finished, DJ Zeke with Paradox Productions got everyone out on the dance floor.

This was one of those receptions where the energy just kept building. Friends and family filled the dance floor, celebrating Ariana and Kyle with plenty of laughter, dancing and hugs. We photographed everything from the first dances to the big group moments, along with all of those spontaneous interactions that happen when a room full of people who love a couple are finally together.

Golden Hour in the Vineyard

As the evening light began to soften, we stole away with Ariana and Kyle for a few quiet newlywed portraits in the vineyard. The warm golden light and rows of vines created a beautiful setting for some of my favorite portraits of the two of them.

With the sun setting behind them, the landscape took on that gorgeous late-summer glow, giving these portraits a more relaxed and romantic feel. After a full day surrounded by family and friends, it was a chance for Ariana and Kyle to slow down, enjoy being newly married, and simply take a moment together before heading back to the celebration and kicking it up on the dance floor.

Dancing, Celebration & A Joyful Grand Exit

After the golden hour photos, Ariana & Kyle joined their friends and family on the dance floor, and the energy of the evening was exactly what you’d hope for at the end of a beautiful wedding day. There was plenty of laughter, dancing, and those spontaneous moments that happen when everyone is simply having a great time together.

And then it was time for the grand exit. Surrounded by their friends and family, Ariana and Kyle made their way out as everyone cheered them on. It was the perfect way to wrap up their Abbey Road Farm Wedding — with the people they love most gathered around them, celebrating the beginning of their next chapter together.

A Wedding Day to Remember

What I loved most about Ariana and Kyle’s Abbey Road Farm Wedding was how much it felt like a gathering of people who had made a real effort to be there. A destination wedding isn’t just about traveling somewhere beautiful. It’s about bringing your favorite people along for the experience.

From an heirloom veil passed down through generations to a sunny Oregon Wine Country ceremony and a packed dance floor later that evening, their wedding day was filled with moments that will become part of their family’s story for years to come.
